At Pickora, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. Please read our Order Cancellation Policy carefully.
- Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.
To request cancellation, please contact Pickora as soon as possible and provide your Order Number and registered contact details.
A cancellation request is not considered confirmed until it has been approved by Pickora.
- Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier/logistics partner, the order cannot normally be cancelled.
Customers are requested not to refuse delivery of a dispatched order unless instructed by Pickora.
- Cancellation by Pickora
Pickora reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect product pricing or listing error
- Payment failure or payment verification issue
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction
- Delivery location not serviceable by our courier partner
- Other unavoidable operational circumstances
If a prepaid order is cancelled by Pickora, the eligible amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
- Refund for Approved Cancellation
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation is approved by Pickora, the eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway.
- Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Order cancellation is different from a return or replacement claim.
If a customer receives a damaged, broken, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, the customer must follow Pickora’s Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, including the 24-hour reporting requirement and required unboxing video.
